Supporting Fundraisers with our Free Booth
Is your non-profit organization or youth sports team looking for a fun and easy way to raise money and awareness? The North Andover Farmers Market offers a free booth each week for local community groups to fundraise, raise awareness, and recruit participants and supporters.
We provide a tent and tables and will promote your day at the market on our social media channels. You can bring other items like branded merchandise and/or bottled water to sell. Need some ideas on how to use your booth? Email us to collaborate: info@northandoverfarmersmarket.org
In exchange for the free booth and support, we ask that every fundraising group brings volunteers to help with set-up and teardown on the day they have the booth. Since our farmers market is a completely volunteer-run organization, we rely on the manpower of volunteers to help make it happen.
SET UP 8:00 - 9:00 AM: Bring tents, tables and other equipment from our storage space next to CVS down to the street; put up tents, set up generator, handwashing stations, signs; assist vendors as needed.
TEAR DOWN 1:00 - 1:30 PM: Fold up tents and tables and bring them back to storage space, along with signage, tables, other equipment.
Volunteers must be 16 years of age (or 14 if supervised by parent or another adult). Children under 12 should not be part of set-up or tear down because much of the equipment is heavy and requires training to use.
